Which quadrant does the terminal side of -200 degrees lie?

    The second qudrant

##-200## degrees is a weird angle. There are probably other ways to solve this, but I’m going to convert ##-200## into the (positive) equivilent angle. The entire circle is ##360## degrees, and if ##200## degrees are taken up, we are left with ##160## degrees. ##-200^0=160^0##.

If we look at the location of ##160^0##, it is in the second quadrant.
